Acacia Collection is comprised of three inviting designs; two single stories, and one two-story plan, ranging in size from 1897 to 2503 square feet. The homes feature open concept Living Rooms with spacious Kitchens, optional Dens in lieu of Bedrooms, a Junior Suite (Noble Plan) and California Rooms.

Magnolia Collection debuts two captivating single-story plans, as well as one expansive two-story plan, with sizes varying from 1958 up to 3063 square feet. These handcrafted homes feature enhanced ceiling and door heights, dramatic Great Room layouts, and chef-inspired Kitchens complete with generously sized Kitchen Islands, ideal for maximizing your culinary and entertaining experiences. The Magnolia Collection offers unique included features and many plan options are available, such as California Rooms, Dens, and Master Bathroom tub and shower options.
