Start planning.

Meet with our experienced and professional Preferred Lender to learn more about your financing options and your budget before buying. Begin the loan application process to become pre-approved.

3

Move forward.

Once the pre–approval is issued by the Preferred Lender, an appointment may be made with the community sales associate to complete all the necessary Purchase Agreement paperwork and review the time frames for selections and closing. Depending on the stage of construction of your home, you may also make pre-construction selections which include important decisions regarding plan options, such as electrical, plumbing, exterior elevation styles and colors.

Get personal.

A member of the design center team will contact you to schedule an appointment to begin the process of personalizing your finishes. The design process includes one or two appointments, each lasting 2-3 hours in which you will review the standard features and available upgrade opportunities for your new home. Once your selections are finalized you will meet with your sales associate to finalize your new home purchase documentation.

See the value.

Prior to sheetrock of your home, you’ll get to meet with your construction manager to do a frame walk-through. This is to ensure that the home is being built per your selections. One week prior to moving in, you will have a Homeowner Orientation walk. This meeting is designed to familiarize you with the operation and maintenance of your new home and to note any items to correct prior to move-in. You’ll receive a binder with info regarding the warranty process for later reference.

Meet with your lender to finalize your loan and coordinate signing with a representative from the title and escrow company. Once the transfer of sale has recorded, you will receive your keys to your new home. Enjoy!
