Come see us!
Choose the community location that best fits your criteria and a floor plan you wish to call home. Discover more of everything you love and want in a new home, more value, more function, more efficiency and more comfort.
Meet with our experienced and professional Preferred Lender to learn more about your financing options and your budget before buying. Begin the loan application process to become pre-approved.
Once the pre–approval is issued by the Preferred Lender, an appointment may be made with the community sales associate to complete all the necessary Purchase Agreement paperwork and review the time frames for selections and closing. Depending on the stage of construction of your home, you may also make pre-construction selections which include important decisions regarding plan options, such as electrical, plumbing, exterior elevation styles and colors.
Get personal with our Design Center team.
Once you have purchased your new FCB home, a member of the design center team will contact you to schedule an appointment to begin the process of personalizing your finishes. The availability of selections and decisions that may be made will depend on how far along in the construction process your home is. The design process includes one or two appointments, (depending on the stage of construction) each lasting 2-3 hours in which you will review the standard features and available upgrade opportunities for your new home. You will be selecting floor coverings, cabinetry, kitchen countertops, bathroom surfaces, appliances and more. If your home is partially constructed you may still have an opportunity to select some items depending on the stage of completion of the home. We strive to provide you with more of the things you are looking for in a new home, more choices and more personalization. Once your selections are finalized you will meet with your sales associate to finalize your new home purchase documentation.
Value you can see.
Prior to sheetrock of your home, you will have an opportunity to meet with your construction manager to do a frame walk-through. This meeting is to ensure that the home is being built per your selections and to educate you about the unseen added value of your home’s building envelope. One week prior to moving in, you will have a Homeowner Orientation walk. This meeting is designed to familiarize you with the operation and maintenance of your new home and to note any items in need of correction prior to move-in. You will be given a binder with information regarding the warranty process for later reference.
Nearing the finish line!
Meet with your lender to finalize your loan and coordinate signing with a representative from the title and escrow company. Once the transfer of sale has recorded, you will receive your keys to your new home. Enjoy!
